the final phase of the session where you simply relax & listen to

FAQ

Is Hypnosis Mind Control?

No. This is not  "you are getting very sleepy".
You remain aware & in control the entire time.
In fact, I can't (& don't want to) to make you do anything against your will or values. Hypnosis is more like deep focus or absorption — similar to being immersed in a book or movie.
